Medea’s corporate advisory practice is focused on assisting companies to grow and concentrates on strategies to prove project feasibility and develop cashflow-generative operations to deliver value to stakeholders. This can occur in a public markets context or a private operating structure.

Medea’s principals are from “buy side” backgrounds at major natural resources investment firms, with specific experience in proprietary equity investing and debt financing of junior natural resources companies from exploration to production.
